VICTORIA, TX (KSLA) – A Shreveport man was killed Tuesday afternoon when his 18-wheeler rolled over in a curve.

The Victoria Advocate says 72-year-old Walter Graham died at the scene when the cab of his truck was crushed in the accident.

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Shreveport/Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for information on whoever is responsible for numerous cases of vandalism.

Since Sunday, July 10, police have gotten nine reports of glass being broken in the 8800 and 8900 blocks of Kingston Road. Officers think the windows were shot out at various times of the day using either a BB or pellet gun.

Shreveport Police, the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office and Louisiana State Police will hold a safety checkpoint somewhere in the southern part of the city on the evening of June 30. Shreveport Police say its part of their ongoing efforts to bring down the number of deaths and injuries on the city streets. Authorities will be looking for impared drivers and any other safety violations.
