Robinson's offers vouchers for neuter services | Events

Robinson's Rescue is offering qualified residents vouchers for free spay and neuter services as well as for half-price surgery.

Robinson's will give out the vouchers during workshops at local libraries during October and November.

The topic of the educational workshops is the importance of spaying and neutering pets to end pet overpopulation and the euthanasia of pets that cannot find homes.

The workshops are open to the public but are aimed at residents who cannot afford to pay for service.

• 4 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, Akins Branch Library, 3704 Greenwood Road, Shreveport
• 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, Mooretown Branch Library, 4360 Hollywood Ave., Shreveport
