CPSO searching for fraudulent auto shop owner | Crime

Caddo Parish Sheriff investigators are searching for a perpetrator who defrauded multiple automotive repair shops out of thousands of dollars worth of repairs.

Deputies say Bobby Parks fraudulently claimed to be the owner of Shreveport Mobile Tire Service and opened a commercial fleet account to repair his company vehicles. When Parks was supposed to pay for the repairs, he vanished leaving the owners responsible for over $2100 in repairs. Deputies say Bobby did the same thing to Scott’s Automotive and Summer Grove Auto Care.

Investigators are cautioning other repair facilities in the area about Parks. Anyone with information about Parks should contact Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or www.lockemup.org. Crime Stoppers is offering a $300 reward for information leading to his arrest.
