A Tuesday night home invasion in Caddo Parish ended with the suspect getting stabbed, then arrested. The Moses family spoke out about the terrifying experience.

The sheriff's office says 18-year-old Antonio Williams and two juveniles went to a home in the 2600 block of North Pine to confront Shermaine Moses. At the home, a fight broke out in the front yard. Deputy's say Moses ran into the home to get away from the suspects, however they ran into the house after him, knocking down Moses' mother, who is legally blind. As the fight continued inside the home, Williams was stabbed once in the lower back.

"I ain't never been through nothing like that. I was scared, but in a way I wasn't I knew I had to protect my house and my family,” said Sharmaine Moses.

"I was scared. It happened so fast, and they took off running. It just happened so fast. They was getting things from across the street and throwing it,” said Alice Moses.

Fire District One took Antonio Williams to LSU Hospital for minor injuries. He was treated and released to deputies, who booked him intothe Caddo Correction Center on a home invasion charge.

The two juveniles ran from the scene, but were arrested on Wednesday morning by the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office. Both juveniles were also charged with home invasion.
